Comments disappear after Reset Lead-Called-Status for list
Posted: Tue Jun 02, 2009 9:48 amMy understanding is when a list has been called, you must reset the list to recycle the Statuses set in Campaign under "Add a Dial Status". When I reset in "Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list: (set to Y)" the comment field also resets. Do I need to do something additional before the reset to not lose the comments?
