When one of my agent is log into the agc screen for agent I can heard "you are the only person in this conference" wich is fine and my agent can start dialing with no problem . If other agent start to log into vicidial , with there own user login I dont heard anything except one beep and if that agent start talking my first agent can heard him as the are on the same conference room , its like my agents cannot login separately and make some calls without beeing on the same conference ..... Is there anything I can do to avoid that I am sur its just a small configuration problem , I hust dont know where it is!!!!

have you put the meetme rooms?

look at your extensions.conf and meetme.conf for those meetme rooms.

also look at your mysql for the conferences.

Make sure your agents are logging out properly and hanging up their phones when they logout. That is what causes this problem.
