when i log into agent log in, i get a green screen.

i am having trouble signing in as an agent. the person signs in and it calls the softphone. i accept the call and it goes to a green screen (SELECT A GROUP ALIAS) and stays there. all i see is the calendars and green screen.

can someone help me..

Have you checked to see if you have any crashed database tables?

I ran into this the other day. Under system settings try changing the date format to something else. There was a bug that Matt fixed on friday in 2.0.5 that could cause this.
