Inbound campaign call cut

Hi, we have an inbound campaign set up in Vicibox 1.0.0rc2.
Some times in the middle of the call, it cuts down.
Some times when we get a call the agent doesn´t hear anything and somtimes call the never get to reach an agent.
This is a randon problem on any call and any agent.
We've checked every log on the system for warnings errors and alarms and everything seems to be ok.
Any ideas?
