Hi,
I'm looking to be able to replicate the Agent Performance Report via reporting software such as Crystal or MS Access. This is to enable me to link to the company sales system and track performance through from calls to orders, without manual intervention.
I'm trying to find out which fields in the database tables directly relate to the report (some are pretty obvious, others not so). If no-one has this specific information, has anyone got a copy of the schema?
We are currently using a standard set-up of Vicidial:
Version No: 2.0.5-162
Build No: 90202-0444
Many Thanks.

you should have a copy of the schema on your system.
Also, you can look at the code to find the queries used in that report.

Unfortunately I cannot find anyone who has a copy of the schema. Where would this information be, or is there a downloadable copy?

It's in the source code that you had to download to install ViciDial, and it is most likely still on your server.
