options for call...

Hi i have setup two campaigns on my vicidial server, one campaign for outbound and one for inbound, problem is how do i setup to make a blended calls for my campaign1 -> outbound is main... But sometimes incoming calls do come, Which should only go to selected agents

for camapign2 -> its mainly inbound but when a sale is made it needs to be transferred to client thro outbound

Have you followed the tutorials in the ViciDial Manager Manual?
