not dialing to my extension

all of the sudden my vicidial stop dialing to the extensions, therefore no call can be placed, i was using the vicidial interface to dial and the soft phone is eyebeam, my tech guy deleted some log files that where taking up space on the hard driver as we made the mistake no to put a large drive in. what can i do to make it dial to the extensions again.

this exact thing is happening to me right now, strange. I am also using vicidialnow. I will post the fix when I find it..

try deleting the contents of vicidial_auto_calls table and the vicidial_manager table. and reload asterisk. or restart the server just to be sure.
i encountered this issue one time.
didnt delete some logs like you did though. maybe you IT guy deleted some conf files or something, so you'll have to check if everything is still there.
