Getting an error when executing ztcfg -vv command

I am facing an error when i try to install a sangoma a101 E1 card with vicibox/vicidial now server..Sip connectivity is fine...but facing a problem in zap.

zaptel_hardware
pci:0000:05:05.0 wanpipe- 1923:0040 Sangoma Technologies Corp. A200/Remora FXO/FXS Analog AFT card


After giving ztcfg -vvv command its shows the following error:

ZT_SPANCONFIG failed on span 1: No such device or address (6)

More over in /proc/zaptel/1 it shows nothing after configuring the channel..

are you sure you installed the hardware correctly?

and also, what kind of signalling are you using?

can you post some more details? software version, hardware models etc.

driver for sangoma a101d ...wanpipe 3.5.4

vicidial now.2.0.5


signalling type.....pri_cpe

Have you configured your Sangoma card properly? Have you run "wancfg_zaptel"?

Dear Gardo,

I think there is a problem in driver installation from wanpipe tar file with vicidial ..could u plz help me

I install wanpipe rpm with vicidial now which works fine
