Can vicidial can be used without a computer

I have installed and running 2 server of vicidial without any problem. Thanks Matt and all moderator of forum. It has been very helpful

I like to know whether I can use vicidial without any computer. I wanted to ring waiting agents (with just phone) without any PC to them.

I guess only way to due it is by me logging in from my PC on behalf using their user and phone number deatils. Is there any other way to do it.

i suggest you read on remote agents feature....

if your creative enough you can make it work through there.
