Message for customer when waiting for a call.

Hello.

Concerning predictive dialing, I'd like to know where to put the message I would like called people to hear when no agents is ready to pick up the phone.

Where can it be found?

for inbound calls, put the filename of the wav file that you can store in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds

in the ingroup configuration page in vicidial admin:
On Hold Prompt Filename:_______________________

On the outbound side this is the DROP exten, but that is when the call is dropped. Of course you can always have the call drop to an in-group where you can have a few different kinds of messages.
