how to activate transfer function

HI everyone i have installed vicidial 2.0.73 everything is working fine with my server . i have got a doubt . i have to transfer the call at the end to another number. i have to place the customer on hold and i ahve to call another number and i have to put the customer in three way conference. and i dont want my agents to wait until the conf call ends. my agents want to go for a new call at the same time. can any one suggest me a way how can i do this.

That version is no longer supported, please use 2.0.5 or higner.

hi have the same doubt, but I have the newest version of vici!!

and my client want the same, but i don't know hot to enable this function.

i try to change in the user settings in Vicidial Transfers: to YES (1) but the buttong still get not active

I have the manager manual but i don't find the information.

Do you want to do a blind transfer or a consultative transfer?
