Hi there,
I've just finished testing using the default campaigns/users/groups and I've now added my own. The problem is that the campaign shows "This campaign has 0 leads to be dialed". I guess there must be some rookie error as I've seen a few post like this except without a solution. Here is my debug and sql results. Can you please tell me what might be wrong?

There's that rookie mistake. The time offset. Can there be an override for this in the list upload? I'm not sure how it came up with -4 when I'm in +10.

When you loaded your list what did you put in the phone code override field, or int he phone_code field of your list entries?

I loaded leads in my list, i create campagn and i can see my LIST ID at the below of my campagn but i can not log in agent section because i have " This campaign has 0 leads in the dial hopper" can you help me please?

I had this same problem.

What I did was Edit the LIST that belongs to the campaign and set the field called "RESET Lead-Called-Status for this List" to YES and then saved. It took about a minute, but this forced the leads into the hopper.

I'm new to vicidialer but this worked for me and I'm not sure why I have to do this..but it worked.

How did you install ViciDial?

I have not change my adress IP. I am working on the same server. The vicidial was installed with succes. Do you want that i reinstall vicidial? what is the reason of this session available? thanx for your help
