CallBack Calendar - default disposition- vicidial issue

Postby abacus1 » Wed Sep 02, 2009 4:20 pm

Hi,

I have delete default dispositions, but now I have create them again. all are working fine, like Answer machine, Not interested etc but
I set one disposition as CallBK = Call Back. once I select this I'm unable to see the calendar.
Option to set callbacks is enable for Agent and for the Compaign.

Please help me.. thanks

Is CallBK in all caps? try adding this to mysql

insert into vicidial_statuses (status, status_name, selectable, human_answered, category) values ('CALLBK','Call Back','Y','Y','UNDEFINED');

Also, please remember that this forum is volunteer work, so it may take a few days to get back to you with a quality answer.
