Can someone tell me, VDAD stands for ?
whats is VDAD. I can see VDAD user in vicidial_log table. but have no idea what is it.
Is it vicidial default user or something else. pls guide me.

ViciDial Auto-Dial.
That means a user did not touch the lead, just the dialer.
