Unable to get numbers into dial hopper - please help!

Hi,

I have imported a "list" and assigned to a "campaign". I have then created a user and assigned this user to that campaign. The Dial method is set to manual however when I login it says "Sorry, there are no leads in the hopper for this campaign"

If i go into the campaign itself I can see the list (which contains 369 numbers in it) and that the list is marked as active.

It says "This campaign has 1 active lists and 0 inactive lists" but also "This campaign has 0 leads in the dial hopper"

I have tryed the force reset of the hopper option on the campaign and also Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list option on the list

all 369 records in the list are the same (this is for testing purposes), each line imported (which imported without error) was:

1|1|10001|44|7955555555|Mr|Chris||Venables|XX Rosedale |Belton|Norfolk|||NR00 9PN|UK|M|11 Nov 1985|01493000000|venablc@hotmail.com|pass|

Any ideas on anything else i can look at?

Look at campaign allowed call time, look at agent's and server's time zone too.

The "Local call time" for the campaign is set to 24 hours, is this the same as the "campaign allowed call time" which you mention?

The group that the user belongs to has a "group shift" of 24HRMIDNIGHT (24 hours 7 days a week)

The agent and server timezones both appear to be correct also

Any ideas what else could be causing it? it worked fine with the test list which comes with the installation.

As far as I remember NEW status set by default when a new campaign is created, or am I wrong?

depends on your version and/or what you upgraded from.
