afterhours hangup reason on closer

Suddenly my setup began experiencing afterhours hangup reason on closer calls even if it is set to 24 hours.
I can confirm that both of the campaigns and ingroups calltime is 24 hours and I cant seem to select afterhours transfer group too.
hmm time to repair mysql I guess.
This is weird after several months on running this perfectly it seems the calltimes is messed up
