vicidial.org

i have a report that call table vicidial_log but i have found it empty ? with no no data = a blank entries
what is wrong here please ?
please give me a answer

1) How do you know it's empty (I have to ask!)

2) do you have any other software on your system

3) I ASSUME you have actually made a few calls ...?

4) Is your MySQL crashed? (if the log file is marked as "crashed" it could appear empty ...)

5) Do you have any backup routines installed in your server?

6) build number and install method? (vicibox/vicidialnow/scratch ...?)

first=i have vicibox installed
seconde=i have not any other software installed in my systeme.
and how i know the table have a blank entries ?this is very easy ,because i use phpmyadmin and i have see this .
and for the call i can receive a call to xlite and i can make call but maybe this thing in the vicidial_log can have a effect to vicidial in the furtre/
how can i know if the database is crashed ;i have not seen any error in it ?

Did you place any calls through vicidial? Or you made calls only through X-Lite directly?

NO i have make dial through vicidial
as i see in the forum they are some one else have asked the same question as me and he had answer that maybe the callid must be change or maybe i need to change same thing in the dial plan
and for the information i have never see this table "vicidial_log" with entries i have installed many distruation as vicidialnow or vicibox or a scatch install but no way.
finally i have try to use the recordlookup found in the "mantis" but i have found and result because the entries in table vicidial_log is empty.
also when i use user stats i see all the record but i can not see the lengh in min of the recording all this come from the table vicidiallog because there is no entries in it ?
please i thing this table can make more probleme if it will still with a empty entries as this maybe i have not config same thing good or maybe i have miss other thing .
i can also post my mysql dump if same one want this

i have do the repaire of all date base but i have not see any error all is good

same thing with all instalation maked
with vicibox with vicidialnow with scatch instalation
it isthe same thing this table is always with blank entries
also i have see in this forum there is same person had this problem but with no solution
please i need help to resolve this thing and i don't know why this table is stilled with no entries
