Calls are dialing but agents are unable to pick call

Dear All

I am using vicidialnow. Call are ringing (going through) when we see vicidial real time stats and it is also shown on the console but issue is that no call through to the agent. no ringing not any other thing except initial IVR.

Please read the stickies (the posts marked as sticky at the top of each category) and the MANUAL (available on EFLO.net). In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system.

That being said:

Failed to authenticate on INVITE

Your calls are not being generated because you are not authenticating successfully with your voip provider. They are rejecting your calls.
