Wake on Lan issue

Guys, I need your help to understand what is happening.

The story goes like this, I've been waking up my vicidial server from my IPCop firewall without any problem since 2 or 3 weeks ago; however it have happened twice that 2 minutes after sending the packet to wake it up I can access the admin.php but asterisk is still down and because of that softphones cannot get registered.

I've ran asterisk manually through a ssh session.

if you are going to allow it to "sleep" to conserve energy, reboot it when you wake it up. i recommend a daily reboot anyway.
