Listening to a call

Listening to a call

If I choose Listen/SIP then I get a page with the following:

please select a campaign from the pulldown above

but there is no option above to choose a campaign

Any help would be much appreciated?

Hi all,

I have managed to find the problem, and of course it was me!!!!

All I had to do was read the page better, and all works.

Click Reports, Choose SIP/Listen
Click Choose Report Display Options
Select Campaign,
Find Session,
Click on Listen

As easy as pie!!!!
