SIP trunks that do not require registration

Because the sip trunk is delivered on a dedicated private line, I was able to enable anonymous inbound calls. I also had a problem under FreePBX with safe_asterisk and the use of trunk variables in the dialplan instead of the literal string. Hope this helps.
