agent goes in pause automatically

i having issues with predictive campaign i am using Zoiper as softphone but all the agents is going pause after couple of minutes but not all going pause together some is going pause as soon as they answer first call and some are going pause after couple of minutes then they need to logout and slogging to get call again after couple of minutes they going pause again.

Please advice me what is issue and how can i fix it.

All the agents are connecting VIA remote location.

Sounds like a bad network connectivity and lost packets.

Ping for a few minutes the remote IP, is there any packet loss?

Next check the local network on the remote side, ensure everything is fine there.
