but really i have follow now vicidial before 5 month for me he is the best crm predective never seen
and the best education and also the most complexe algorithme never seen

but really with vicidial we will understand how we will use more good our linux with shell and architecture and also with asterisk and more than we will understand many language as sql,ajax,php etc.. thanks again Matt Florell
so this one my question is about same clik in same buton in the interface agant by my agent same time they clik every where in the interface and in every button,and in my production they are two button i don't need them showed or i want to disable they fonction in the agent interface :
the first one is "vdc_LB_parkcall_OFF.gif" and "vdc_LB_parkcall.gif" also the second button is the "vdc_LB_transferconf_OFF.gif" and "vdc_LB_transferconf.gif"
this two button i'don't use them in production but thez still showen and fonctionnel in the agent interface
it is a solution to disable they fonction in the vicidial or in the agent interface or make them hidden and picture with no mouse on clik

For the Transfer-Conf button, you can disable that at the user permissions level in admin.php.

For the PARK button, you would have to alter the vicidial.php source code to remove that one, and you should not remove it, just move it to a hidden span.

You just need to hide the one at the bottom of the vicidial.php script, that's the one that gets displayed
