Dial Timeout Problem

Hi All,

My Campaign's Dial Timeout is set to 25 and my dialplan timeout is also set to 25.

exten => _891NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _891NXXNXXXXXX,n,Dial(${TRUNK4}/${EXTEN:2},25,o)
exten => _891NXXNXXXXXX,n,Hangup

The Campaign is set to predictive with a dial method of ratio. How come all the calls that were dialed by the systems reaches to 37+.

Is this a bug or what?

admin.php version and build:
VERSION: 2.0.5-174
BUILD: 90522-0506

Dialing sequential numbers? Bad telemarketer.

RATIO is not a predictive dial method.

As for your issuehave you timed the calls from the Asterisk CLI as they are happening to see the exact time of the Dial command being sent and the CANCEL timeout of the Dial attempt?

Hi Matt,

I haven't tried it yet. So you mean that the VDAD is not accurate in displaying the correct duration the calls being dialed since Dial timeout is set to 25 but system exceed up to 38+ before it cancel the calls.
