customize Admin view

hi,
Im using vicidial, and I gave the option to my supervisor to see and listen active calls. but they are also looking into the drop ratio, campaigns status, leads in hopper etc,
I just want to give them the option to listen calls only and can see this informatio.

can I create a user with different level or need to customize the
link they are using. pls advise asap.

you could delete a bunch of code from the Real-time screen and give them a link to that report.
