AUTO-DIAL CAMPAIGN WITHOUT ANY LIVE AGENTS

Me again. Still working on this. In the manual it refers to an Inbound groups: check SALESLINE check box.

I do not have SALESLINE to check. I have AGENTDIRECT. Can I use this one or do I have to setup another inbound group? The directions address this.

I meant to say the directions DON'T address this.

Also, do I need a separate InGroup for this particular campaign from the one that the agents use for outbound calling?

Auto-dial campaigns without agents does not have anything to do with in-groups.
