survey -Compaign

I want to run a survey in vicidial, if a customer press 1, then I want to transfer this call to one of my agent. I have seen in survey under compaign menu. all option are there, but I have no idea how to run this survey compaign.
I know how to run an outbound compaign. is it like the same. I hve seen in the manual also, but did not find any option , How to run survey compaign.
