disable pause button on agentscreen

Hello guys,

is it possible to disable the button in vicidial.php?
Many agents always use this button and generates many drops.
so if they have to make a pause, they should use the pause on disposite or completly log out.

can i upload a new logo which is 1x1 pixel ?

i've removed the priviliges for the file ./images/vdc_LB_pause.gif and now the agents cannot click on PAUSE anymore .. really nice

I don't think I've ever had a request for this before. Usually for most of our clients, if an agent abuses pausing they get fired

yeah u're right, but i'm not the chief
they use pause button for only 5-15 seconds, cause they say something to their neighbor or scratch at head
