i want to use softphone from other place to connect to my server
so here what i need to do exctly to forwading it also what port exactly i need to open
also i need to know about the quality it is the same as local use it is quick

Easiest thing to do would be use an IAX softphone like Zoiper then you only need to forward UDP port 4569.

and what about the sip ,because i use sip with g729 from my provider
and the after the opened of port i need just to setup remote agent so here i can access my vicidial from outside and work in my server it is this ?

If you want to use SIP with native bridging then you will have to go through the fun of getting SIP working through any firewalls you may have on both the server side and the agent side.
