I am experiencing an issue with Load balancing. I had it working fine in 2.0.4 using asterisk 1.2, now upgraded to asterisk 1.4 on new servers. It seems to xfer fine to some agents, but not others. Can you give me a clue where to look to find this error? I am digging through agi-VDAD_LB_transfer.agi to see if I can figure it out...

That's not really a critical error, it just means that no agent logged into the system matches the parameters the call needs to see to send the call to an agent.

As for the upgrade, are you still using ViciDial 2.0.5?

Did you change the asterisk version in the servers table?

What version of Asterisk 1.4 are you using exactly?

We are still using 2.0.4 so we can continue to use that 1024x768 version of the agent UI that was posted a while back. The agents are familiar with it, and I want to code up a new one on 2.0.5 when I get time. I changed the asterisk version to 1.4.21 in the servers table.

You might still run into issues with Asteirsk 1.4.21 using ViciDial 2.0.4 since that version was released in 2007. I would strongly recommend upgrading to 2.0.5.

You can change the dimensions of the 2.0.5 version of the vicidial.php page by simply editing two hard-coded variables near the top of that script.
