Autodial is not Working !!!

Hi,
We are using vicidial with asterisk version 1.2.12.1. We had already configured all, as per the SCRATCH_INSTALL.txt. Here, manual dial is working fine. Everything is working properly, that I need in that mode. But, if I set the Dialing mode > 0 from Admin section, i.e if autodialing mode is on, after logging in as an agent, the problem occured in that case. The problem is that, calling is working fine, that is the calls are comming to the lead phone numbers, but in that moment the agent screen is dead. That is in that time there is no response from the agent screen. But where there should come the Lead detail within the fields as well as there should come another channel for the lead end and etc. But nothing is happening over there in Auto dialing mode.

So, please help. Any help would be highly appriciated ...

astguiclient version?

What kind of trunks are you using?

Please post the output of "screen -r"

Please post some output from your agioutput file in /var/log/astguiclient/

You should try the most recent snapshot release which has some new options for dealing with non-resolving SIP/IAX trunks.

I had already downloaded the most recent snapshot release that you said. But still not working.

One thing I guess, I think the problem is comming from "agi-VDADtransfer.agi" file from agi-bin. I said befor that I'm using SIP trunk. But I think I'm getting the problem from $AGI->channel_status("$channel"). I had already re-installed the asterisk-perl module from the tar file. I guess "channel_status" function is not working properly for SIP.
But I'm not sure. Is it ?
Please help me... what should I do now ?

Lots of other people are using this setup with SIP trunks with no issues so I don't think that's the problem.

Are you using sip_silence Playback before your transfer AGI scripts?
