Hi, this is my first post in here so sorry if it's not in the right place or right context!

I've seen a lot of people on the forum asking for agent interfaces with more functionality and a cleaner look.

SQL Business Design offers a new interface which you can see demo of on the website - just Google "SQL Business Design" then go to Dialler > Predictive Dialler) We are also developing a graphical reporting interface too and already have a lot of great reporting features.
