Recordings - Log

May I know where I could find all the logs for the recordings? As for now, I cannot see whos user is downloading, accessing, and editing the recording files and we need it for auditing purposes.

The "recording_log" table. If you need to know who is accessing recordings, you should enable the System Settings option for "Log Recording Access"

is this possible in Vicidial 2.6? tried it but no user name in the logs

No, you would need to upgrade to a more recent version of VICIdial.
