Barge Ring

Postby rameez.amjad4 » Thu Oct 04, 2018 10:25 pm

I have installed vicibox 8.1.0 and every thing is working good the issue I am facing is that when we barge the agent on a live call customer also hears the ring while we barge it, is there a way to eliminate that ring or when we barge a live call with customer we want customer not to hear that ring and still our supervisor should be able to barge and talk with customer and agent?

Can some one guide or help me if it can be done or not and if yes what's way to do it,

Thanks.

Is there any solution for this issue?

When agent is on a live call and we try to barge that call at that time customer and agent both listen that notification ring, is there a way where at time of barging a call customer doesn't listen that ring?
Problem is that it notifies customer that some one else enterfared the call?

Kindly guide how to silent or remove that ring sound or how to barge a call silently without notifying third party on a live call, Thanks.

nice cluster setup dreedy, but to suggest a solution for this issue, would be to remove the enter sound from the meetme conference with the q variable added to it, Matt has mentioned this here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40334&p=144493&hilit=water+rop#p144395
