Vicidial command to Setup SMTP with full authentications

With people using more and more email features with vicidial, it will be cool to have a vicidial universal command that will help users setup smtp boxes with proper spf, dkim, encryption etc.

May be use a settings container for this..!!

We usually don't actually use Vicidial for public facing email. Route through a "real" email server instead to avoid attacks. Also allows offloading the email processes to a virtual box in most cases (since email, while not being attacked, is a minimal-usage task).

I see your point, though. Dropping a stock SMTP server with everything already running and easy to finish up with your own domain name would be a nice tool to have ready. Citadel is good for that (easy install), but has some limitations.
