reset/activate all lists under a campaign?

Wud it be doable to have a feature on vicidial admin wherein you cud reset/activate all lists under a campaign?

Not a bad idea, add it to the issue tracker. If you would like to sponsor such a feature it can probably make it into the codebase within a week, otherwise it might take a while.
