AST_agent_performance_detail.php gives nice statistic, however, going a step further might be useful.
We measure every month, based on this report, calls received/sales made, i.e. how many calls an agent needs to make a sale.
Making a simple table (calls, sales, calls/sales) and a graph for the last column in Excel, sorted by last column, give as a quick way to figure out agents who are not selling well.
In a month period, some of them make 3 times less sales on a similar amount of calls received!
Do you guys think such report would be useful? Is there anybody else using similar approach to keep an eye on agents' performance, apart from monitoring them, daily statistic etc.?
I was thinking of using AST_agent_performance_detail.php and AST_server_performance.php as a base for such script, but it turned out beyond my abilities and haven't gotten enough spare time to look deeper
