vicidial to be made for vision impaired agents

Hi team we are runing a outbound call center currently using vicidial succesfully for our sales process. Today I was asked by a friend if I thought it was posible to employee blind sales agents for telemarketing pourpose . I say yes!!! Now big question is how would I customize mi vicidal to accomodate this new labor force. What do I need and who can build it for us?

using the api and some serious custom feed features for the agent interfaces, i'm pretty sure the Vicidial Group or any one of several independents could create it for you. Perhaps you should be in the "Request for Consultation" section and post something resembling a budget and timeline.

It isn't likely to be a small project even if you want to try a "quick fake" version to see if it is viable. I am very sure it can be done, what I am not sure of is if you have the budget or audience to use it afterwards. I'd love to be involved if you do have an actual audience (vision impaired prospective telephone agents don't exactly grow on trees ...)

Bill we have the audience , since we are looking at the long tern impact of such project. Now this would be part of our call center recruiting process and can open the doors for many vision impared people in latin america looking for a job or better a work from home oportunity. We can host 40 agents right now overall ill like to target this community and expand our tarket for new talent.
