Allforce recording stops when agent transfers a call

i recently upgraded from

VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

to

VERSION: 2.4-364a
BUILD: 120409-1136

and notice that voicelogs from campaigns with allforce config cuts off the moment agents hangsup during transfers. before it records the whole conversation even after the agent hangsup. Is this nerfed from the previous version?

Describe the precise method of transfer (every button pressed). Is the transfer from an "allforce" scenario to an "on demand" scenario?
