Can anyone advise how to setup a simple broadcast campaign in vicidial. Call blast will be sent out to customer generated from a crm platform.

a link to wiki or document tutorial would be well appreciated

Perhaps you should download the manager's manual from EFLO.net ... Start at the beginning, don't skip any of the exercises and when you get to the end you will have what you want plus a whole lot more.

Of course, if you skip any steps, it won't work when you get to the end, so really: don't skip anything.

If you get stuck, tell us the manual version, page, line and the "error" you are experiencing (along with the Vicidial version with build and installer you used for Vicidial itself ... Vicibox.com or GoAutoDial.com).

Failing that, you can just install Vicidial and click on the "routing exten" in a campaign and change it to the one for "survey" and it will provide the Sample built-in survey. Then you can make changes (one at a time, so you can always go back if you broke something ...) to get it to "survey" the way you want it to. And don't think "survey" is different from Broadcast or Press One. It encompasses all of them based on the settings of the Survey.
