Acessing User/Agent Voicemail

I am wondering if anyone can assist me with How I am able to log in as a Agent/User to retrieve my voicemail that has been left by a person calling in, I searched the User and Manager Manual but am missing something so simple I am sure :lol: Thanks, Porpoise

Most of our clients have voicemails sent by email, but just to dial in you dial 8500 to access voicemail.

Thank you very much all... The Voicemail server was not set up and now works andthe 8500 works great!! I knew it was something simple I was missing :lol:
