Java phone applet

Now what would totally kick ass is integrating a Java phone applet right into the client UI or the admin monitoring/report pages:

It should be fairly easy to just add a new tab to the vicidial.php page for that, although I would prefer an IAX softphone for various reasons.

Have you heard of MozPhone:

I think there is also JIAXclient on the Java side for IAX. I know of a couple others, but I'm not sure as to their license or stage of development.

We've tested mozphone, but is having problem with its voice quality. I'ts somewhat scratchy. :)

What codec were you using with mozphone(moziax)?

our prefered codec is ulaw, since were just using it for testing only.. just within our network. we check all allowed codecs..
