Agent status timer

Would it be easy to modify the timer to start from zero when an agent changes its status from pause to ready or when agent goes to incall? Our agents need to see their pause time from their agent screen and this change would allow them to do that. I think this change in general would lead to much more informative status timer than what it is now.

I'm sure it's possible, it would probably take about an hour or two to do with all of the testing that would be involved to make sure it worked in all cases.

Nobody posted this to the Issue Tracker or sponsored development, so it never happened.
