Hi,

is it possible to add in the user detail, a combo with a list of supervisors and set the current supervisor?

ie : i want to know for an agent who is his supervisor

This is not currently a feature. Could you give us more detail on exactly what this feature would do and how it would work?

the idea behind is to create a light chat feature for agents : agents can speak to their supervisor only and no group chat
and in real-time report, a supervisor can view only his team.
independently of the user group and campaigns
supervisors are normal users authentified in the system.
i'm working on it currently :
- in agent interface : chat box with only the supervisor
- in real time report : supervisor can view all of his team agents connected and decide to chat with one of them by just clicking on the name
it will complement barging/ spying feature

is it a good idea? what do you think?

sorry, forget it, i think i will use the group facility already existing . just filter users with level >=7 , to consider as supervisors

It sounds a lot like the feature we have planned for development later this year, IM/chat functionality.

that's what i wrote : light chat.
ie just agent to supervisor chat. no additional features.
