Phone extension POPup on inbound calls

Hi,
I have configured the inbound / outbound (blended) campaign. Its working fine.
My most need is to handle incoming calls, the calls are coming in In-Group, etc etc. and then move to available agents login to the web.
but the calls volume is not too high, i do not want agents to see the screen all the time for an inbound calls. In shoft I want softphone to ring when there is an incoming call, but I also want the queues/Ingroup features of welcome IVR, music on hold etc.
