Automatic migration / switch of lead to different campaign.

I'm a noob - read the manual and I don't recall reading how to do this or if it's even possible.
Scenario :
Sales team phones existing client as part of their campaign. Depending on the disposition / status returned back, the lead is automatically put into a different campaign for a different team to call them. Of course, the existing client is warned that a different team will contact them to talk to them about their concerns etc.
Is this possible, without having to export the results then re-import and setup in a new list and campaign?
