Search for Key Phrases in Call Recordings

Is there is any software out there which can automatically search call recordings for key phrases to be used either for QA or list recycling?

I.E Search all Agent / Client conversation for key phrases

Appreciate the technical challenge here

if you mean search the audio recordings, yes, of course there is. voice recognition software is all over the place. But it is not part of Vicidial.
