Real-time Inbound stats

Hi,

I'd like to know if Vicidial is capable of displaying the real-time inbound stats like:

DIAL LEVEL: 1.000 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2013-05-10 03:49:41
DIALABLE LEADS: 0 CALLS TODAY: 0 AVG AGENTS: 0.00 DIAL METHOD: INBOUND_MAN
HOPPER ( min/auto ): 50 / 0 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 0 / 0 DL DIFF: 0.00 STATUSES: NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 0 DROPPED PERCENT: 0% DIFF: 0.00% ORDER: RANDOM
AGENT AVG WAIT: 0 AVG CUSTTIME: 0 AVG ACW: 0 AVG PAUSE: 0
Here's for the in-group stats:
CALLS TODAY: 0 TMA 1: 0% Average Hold time for Answered Calls: 0
DROPS TODAY: 0 TMA 2: 0% Average Hold time for Dropped Calls: 0
ANSWERS TODAY: 0 DROP PERCENT: 0% Average Hold time for All Calls: 0

Right now it is not showing in our real-time monitoring display so i'm wondering is something's wrong with our dialer or it's not a feature yet.

Hello,
Did you activate it the Inbound=Yes, in the realtime, in the menu Choose Report Display Options?

Hi,

Yes. Inbound=yes is already activated but still no stats is showing. Is the current version of our Vicidial capable of displaying the stats I've mentioned in my first post?

BUILD: 120125-2107
Is this an inbound only campaign?
How do you created this campaign, did you copied using the GUI of directly by the database ( I had the same issue once, and was because I copy the campaign using the database)?
