inbound max calls

Hello ,

I am using ViciBox.i686-4.0.3.preload.iso with no additional telephony hardware , Astersisk 1.4.44vici , vicidial version 2.8-409a

I am trying configure an inbound campaign SIP only with a feature that total inbound calls = number of loggen in agents into that campaign and rest calls droped out with busy signal or such thing like that ...

Any idea about how to configure such inbound campaign please help

Hello,

You can use MAX CALL METHOD option under Inbound groups.
