Added campaign option to display some fields as read-only in agent screen. Those fields are: entry_date,source_id,date_of_birth,rank,owner
Where can I find it?

It's a campaign option, "Agent Display Fields". If you don't have it then you need to upgrade to a more recent svn/trunk version.
